2. Services
Turbo Clean provides professional high-pressure cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Driveway & paving cleaning
Roof pressure washing
Solar panel cleaning
Wall & deck cleaning
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be communicated with each booking. Full payment may be required before or upon completion of the service.
Turbo Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure access to the property, water supply, and electricity (if required).
Any hazards (loose tiles, electrical wiring, fragile surfaces) must be disclosed prior to the service.
Turbo Clean will not be liable for damage caused due to pre-existing structural issues, poor surface condition, or undisclosed hazards.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While every effort is made to deliver services safely and effectively, Turbo Clean is not responsible for:
Damage resulting from existing wear, deterioration, or unsuitable surfaces.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Turbo Clean and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
