Turbo Clean provides professional high-pressure cleaning services with the highest level of care and expertise. However, by engaging our services, customers acknowledge and accept that certain risks are inherent to the cleaning process.
2. Surface Condition
High-pressure cleaning can expose or worsen pre-existing weaknesses, wear, or damage in surfaces.
Turbo Clean is not responsible for damage caused by poor surface condition, defective materials, loose tiles, flaking paint, or any pre-existing structural issues.
3. Property Access & Utilities
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property, as well as availability of water and electricity (where required).
Turbo Clean is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by restricted access or unavailable utilities.
4. Weather & Environmental Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions (e.g., rain, storms, excessive wind) where safety or service quality is at risk.
Turbo Clean is not responsible for delays or rescheduling due to adverse weather or environmental conditions.
5. Chemicals & Treatments
Only safe and industry-approved cleaning agents are used.
Customers must disclose if there are surfaces or materials that may react adversely to cleaning products.
Turbo Clean is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed material sensitivities.
6. Liability Limitations
While we take precautions to avoid damage, Turbo Clean is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Remove vehicles, furniture, and valuable or fragile items from the cleaning area before the scheduled service.
Notify our team of any hazards or special considerations on site.
Failure to comply may increase the risk of damage, for which Turbo Clean accepts no responsibility.
8. Acceptance
By booking a service with Turbo Clean, the customer confirms they have read and understood this disclaimer and accept the terms outlined above.
